What showroom owners ask before deciding

Straight answers, including what YoERP cannot do yet.

01Does YoERP sync with the manufacturer's DMS / CRM?

Not yet. YoERP currently has no API integration with manufacturer systems, so mandatory manufacturer reporting still goes into their system as before. YoERP manages the showroom's internal operations: customer care, inventory, contracts, payments and service. Data entry in YoERP is streamlined to minimize the burden of using both systems.

02Is pricing per user or per showroom?

Per showroom. Each showroom gets all features in its selected plan, with no extra fees for additional users.

03How does the trial work?

After you register, we call to confirm your showroom details and set up a dedicated trial environment configured for your workflows. Teams use real data together for one week. You then decide whether to continue. No upfront contract or fees. To protect the data and product used by existing showrooms, trials are available only to showroom owners or authorized managers.

04Where is data stored, and who owns it?

Data runs on Yocar's private cloud, with an independent database for each showroom and regular backups. Your showroom owns its data. When our partnership ends, we hand over all your data.

05Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. YoERP runs in your browser and adapts to desktops, tablets and phones. No app installation required.

06What if my business has multiple showrooms?

Each showroom operates on its own data, while directors get a consolidated view across locations. Pricing is based on the number of locations; contact us for a quote.

07What is the Marketplace in Plan 4?

Yocar's internal trading exchange, currently in development. Showrooms on Plan 4 can join when it launches. Participation is optional.

08What support is available after go-live?

We help configure your showroom's forms and migrate data from Excel or your previous software to YoERP. Technical support is available via our hotline throughout your contract. In-app AI guidance answers usage questions whenever you need it.
